You can report any repair (including communal repairs) in the following ways:

• Phone us
  Call the Repairs and Maintenance Team on 0300 131 7300
• Email us
  Email the Repairs and Maintenance Team on repairsandmaintenance@isha.co.uk
• Write to us
  Write to: Customer Service Team, Islington and Shoreditch Housing Association, 102 Blackstock Road, London N4 2DR.
• Visit the office
  You can come to the office during opening hours and we will give you an update
