Communications panel

We want to establish a communications panel to work with us to improve our communication to all residents. The panel will work with ISHA across a number of areas including branding, our website, resident portal, self-service, communications audits and social media.

Aims of the panel

The communications panel will:

• be a sounding board for communications we send out to residents, including leaflets, letter templates and our annual report
• conduct audits and reviews of our resident communications to make sure they are well written and easily understood
• help to shape ISHA's brand and (if applicable) be involved in any rebranding designs
• work with our Digital team to help reach more residents and provide resident interest stories we can publish online.
